Currently, we produce around 1,200 cases or 3,000 gallons of wine annually. Each year, these numbers increase as we continue to develop and expand adjoining land.

Our selection of “fruit” comes from southern Arizona and is hand-selected to compliment existing stock.

To determine the readiness of the grape, we use fractometers to analyze the sugar-to-water ratio and when it reaches that “magic” number, we hand-pick the entire crop.
